General purpose camp knife for most tasks around the campsite, like food prep or feathering wood for a fire.
Construction: The blade is 3mm thick 1084 high carbon steel with a false edge and a rock textured finish. Total length is 235mm while the blade length is 125mm, and the maximum blade height is 35mm. The handle is Tasmanian Blackwood, copper pins and spacers, with a rock textured spine and a Danish oil finish. 3mm thick veg tanned leather sheath stitched with waxed polyester thread.
Please note: All of my knives are made with high carbon steels and are not corrosion resistant like stainless is. While both high carbon and stainless have their pros and cons, high carbon knives do require more care.
