You are eligible for a refund up to 7 days after you have received your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Any items damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded.
To complete your return, simply let us know by email, pay for return postage to our address on South Bruny and enclose a receipt or proof of purchase.
